Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back within the first week of receiving it. Once the returned item is received, it will be carefully inspected to confirm that it is the same item originally shipped by our store and that it meets the requirements of our return policy.

Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received and confirmed to be the same item that was originally shipped. Once the item has been verified and the return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny a return or refund if the returned item does not match the item originally shipped, has been altered, damaged after delivery, or does not meet the requirements of this policy.
